In the spring of 2010 the Intermeco Next Level program was launched.
This program is in collaboration with research institutes to set up solely for the purpose of increasing efficiency, knowledge enhancement and development of our employees.


                                      


The concepts of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping have become a major pillar in the entire process. Parts such as Kaizen events (including 5S, SMED and TPM) are hereby made throughout the whole organization.
The Next Level Intermeco program has inter alia already resulted that the layout of the production departments have changed and the routes logical and better aligned to each other.
